An experienced independent consultant specialising in social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, community development, and monitoring and evaluation across Africa. Work has included advising governments, development agencies and the extractive industries on complex social and community-related matters.

Previous roles include Vice President and Regional Head of Sustainable Development at Gold Fields Ltd and Executive Director of Leadership for Conservation in Africa (LCA) in Ghana.

Extensive experience in mortgage bond recoveries, insolvency applications, estate planning, trusts, and administration of deceased estates.

Industrial Relations and Human Resources practitioner with experience across construction, infrastructure and large workforce environments.

Experience includes employee and union relations, workplace discipline, CCMA arbitration, negotiations and dispute resolution. Has worked on the Eskom Kusile Power Station construction site since 2013, maintaining industrial relations with employees, union members and their representatives.

Holds a BA degree majoring in Psychology and Political Science, as well as a BA Honours degree in Political Science.
