Fair Practice® remains committed to producing competent delegates through their recognisable training courses.

IMI accreditation
The International Mediation Institute (IMI) has approved the Fair Practice® Commercial Mediator Training course as a Certified Mediator Training Programme (CMTP).
CMTPs are designed to provide high-quality mediator training that meets the international standards set by the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
This means that our training program meets the independent international standards for mediator training and individuals who successfully complete an IMI CMTP is considered an “IMI CMTP Graduate” and is eligible to apply for IMI Qualified Mediator (IMI QM) recognition and IMI website.

SABPP accreditation
The Fair Practice® Mediator Skills Training and Negotiation Skills Training courses are recognised by the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) for the training and accreditation of HR personnel as mediators and/or effective negotiators, ensuring the achievement of a productive work environment.
SABPP recognises our training for SABPP members with the benefit of CPD points.

DiSAC accreditation
The South African Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council (DiSAC) has granted Fair Practice® accreditation as a mediation service provider and the Fair Practice® Mediator Skills training course has also been accredited by DiSAC.
This means that Fair Practice® has complied with the rigorous and on-going accreditation requirements of DiSAC and that mediators who are accredited by Fair Practice® can be referred to as a ‘DiSAC Accredited Mediator’.
