Please note:

• Attendance will be confirmed only once full payment has been received.
• Training notes and the workbook will be shared on the training commencement date, subject to full payment having been received and attendance of the class.
• All training materials are confidential and may not be sold, copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed, in whole or in part without express permission from the trainer.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds shall be issued less than three weeks before the commencement date of the chosen course originally registered for.
• No refund shall be issued once the course workbook or any other course materials have been distributed to the registrant.
• Upon confirmation of registration and receipt of payment, prior to commencement date of training, registered participants are only able to defer their enrolment once to an alternative available training date within six (6) months from the original date of registration to avoid forfeiture of fees.
• Participants must inform Fair Practice™ in writing that they want to defer their training date prior to receiving any materials and the commencement date of the training registered for.
• Fair Practice™ reserves the right to cancel any course in the event of insufficient enrolments. In such circumstances, the registrant will receive a full refund of fees paid.
