Online Training Registration Form

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Once we have received your completed registration form, an invoice will be sent to you for full payment.

Full Payment must be made through electronic transfer as per invoice.

Full Payment must be paid in ZAR within 3 working days of invoice.

Training Materials and Zoom link will only be shared once full payment is received.

Should the delegate cancel their registration for any reason the following applies:

• Refund of fees only if registration is cancelled in writing 14 working days prior to the first day of training less a 20% administration fee.
• No refund for cancellations made within 14 working days prior to the first day of training and no credits will be issued for future training.
• No refund once training has commenced.
• In the unlikely event that FAIR PRACTICE cancels the training the delegate will be refunded the full training fee, excluding the delegates other costs incurred.

We cannot guarantee your attendance in the class until full payment has been received at least 5 working days prior to the first day of training. We reserve the right to cancel a registration if a full receipt and/or payment is not received in a timely manner.

TRAINING TERMS:

FAIR PRACTICE and/or the trainer(s) and/or the facilitator(s) are not liable for any costs, damages and/or losses incurred by the delegate.

Delegates must use own devices and data to access the training and materials online.

Delegates are responsible for making sure they have the most up-to-date version of the Zoom Desktop Application (available for free at https://zoom.us/) installed on their computer.

The training is interactive with simulations and exercises therefore, attendance is mandatory for the entirety of the course.

Delegates must approach the training with courtesy, respect and willingness to learn from the trainer/s, facilitator/s and fellow delegates.

All information shared, including training materials must remain confidential and must not be recorded or distributed in any way.

Submission of the pre-course assignment on/before the first day of training is compulsory.

Attendance is mandatory for the entirety of the training during the allocated time to receive the certificate of attendance with CPD points.
